Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we may store and retain all personal information provided by you in our data servers. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected such personal information, that personal information will be immediately destroyed and/or deleted from our databases.
Cookies & Technical Information
We also collect information automatically through the use of electronic tools. We may log the name of your Internet service provider, IP address, or use “cookie” technology to store your preferences and record session information. A “cookie” is a small piece of data placed on your computer by us. Within your web browser, cookies placed by our Site can only be accessed by our Site; other websites you visit cannot access these cookies. We use cookies to maintain session and preference information to improve the use of the Site. You may set your web browser to decline our cookies; however this may render portions of our Site unusable. To learn more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your device and how to manage and delete them, please visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org.

This allows a third party to collect data about your use of our Site; however, no personally identifiable information is collected. We don’t share the data that third parties collect with anyone besides the third party. We use the data that is collected in the following ways:
- to report, in aggregate, how our visitors find and use our Site;
- to understand overall visitor behavior; and
- to update and improve our Site.
As we adopt additional technology, we may also gather information through other means.
Additionally, we may use log files to track how the Site is being accessed and used. Log files track anonymous user information such as IP addresses, browser types, Internet service providers, referring and exit pages, platform type, date and time stamps, and number of clicks to, from, and within the Site. We may use clear GIF Tracking Pixels to track user movement through our Site for aggregated Site traffic measuring. We may use your email address for marketing purposes, but only if you give your permission to do so during the purchasing process, and such permission may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us (via the methods listed under “Contact Us” below).
Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not share personal information given to us with third parties. For instance, there may be third party service providers for our operations or business activities, with whom we have an agreement for services who transmit, store, analyze or otherwise use such personal information in connection with their services to us. Further, we use the technical information collected from cookies and other sources described above to study how the Site is being used and to improve the Site. We may also use cookies to track your preferences so that when you return to our Site, you can navigate more easily without having to re-enter certain information.

Purchase information we collect is used to process purchases and to contact you if there is an issue with your purchase. We will share this information with our credit card payment processor. Additionally, your name, shipping address, email address, and/or phone number may be shared with the United States Postal Service or other private carrier, for the purpose of delivering any purchased goods to your shipping address. We will store all of this information on our secure server, except for your credit card information, which is only retained until your payment has been processed and is not stored thereafter; however, this information may be retained by our credit card processor for the purpose of processing additional transactions, refunds, and/or chargebacks. We will not use this information for any purpose other than to process your purchase and will not share this information with any other third party, except as described above or as may be required by law.
Additionally, from time to time, we may use personal information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will only use data collected from the time of the policy change forward for these new purposes.
We also collect information as we deem may be reasonably necessary for tracking/verifying compliance with applicable laws. We may disclose your personal information in response to a court order, when we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law and/or whenever we deem it appropriate or necessary to give such information to law enforcement authorities. Third Party Advertisers and Links
During your use of our Site you may link to, or view as part of a frame on our page, certain content that is created or hosted by a third party. Third parties, including our partners, advertisers, affiliates, and other content providers accessible through our Site, may have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. We are not responsible for the actions, privacy, security, or content of such third parties. If you are asked to provide information on one of these websites, we encourage you carefully to review their privacy policy before sharing your information.
Do Not Track
CKF does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, Safari allows you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to maintain the security and accuracy of the personal information we collect including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers, as well as employing electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorized access. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.
Changing or Deleting Information
We provide Site visitors with access to, and the ability to update and/or correct, all information that we maintain about them such as communications that the user has directed to our Site (e.g., emails, inquiries), or contact information (e.g., name and phone number) that is contained in their user profile, by sending us an email or writing to us at the address listed below.
Privacy Policy Changes
Please be aware we reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, and all such changes will be immediately applicable. When we make changes, we will send an email to our customers who have provided us with their email address prior to the change becoming effective and we will revise the “Effective Date” of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those changes. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Site.
